You do know that the fastest way to kill your business is to screw over your dealers. Sal is no idiot. If he sold his knives direct for as much, or less than his dealers could, they would jump ship. Then he would only be able to move a fraction of the products he did before. Competent Manufacturers always sell for more direct than their dealers do.So you are telling me that a knife that Spyderco sells for $110 MSRP can be sold by BladeHQ for $55 and not be a counterfit knife?
