Spikebot, got your Yuma in the mail today. Ballsy shipping configuration.... Anyway. It was actually in better shape than I expected as far as the degenerates that has used and abused it. Someone has seriously jacked up the edge on it. But, its all fixable, I will have it back to shaving sharp and good as new in no time.
 
Glad it made it there ok, and thank you for fixing it up. As for the packaging, I like to live life on the edge :D
 
Whatever you do, don't ship knives to a PO box in a container that you find out later is about 1.5% bigger than the PO box itself... I did that once and the post office nitwits crammed it in there so hard, my client basically had to cut the whole dang thing apart to get it out :grumpy:

I wish I had filled the box with pink glitter and crusty socks, so he could have just left the mess there for those jerks.

They are included as protection for your package.....protection from the mailman.

Which reminds me: My dad has told me that back in the 60's, his issues of Playboy (another story, gift subscription from my grandmother his MIL!) used to come every month quite obviously thumbed through. By the mailman. So....
 
Well I've has a crappy run so far this year, or at least these last couple weeks. Sorry I've been missing in action. I've had lots of ups and downs and its been mentally draining. I have been trying to keep busy with leather work. I'm making a collar for my buddy's mastiff. I'm excited to see how that turns out.

Decided to let my beard grow out longer... But the right side is growing twice as fast as the left side ¿¿WTF?? :confused:

I sleep on my back for the most part. Occasionally i roll over to my right side.... But the right side is the side growing faster LOL

I have grown my beard out before and this never happened.... SO i dunno. Ill probably have to trim it all down and start again. Its not that long yet. Most of right side is just over an inch long and left side is abut 1/2". I last shaved December 17th. I normally trim it down to a #2 once a month, but last month i shaved it all off... Not a close shave, just no guard on the clippers. Wife said she wanted to see how long it gets in 3 months. Its been 1, but because its longer on one side i think ill start the experiment over.

I thought it was just me... I wouldn't say twice as fast, but the right side of my beard/stache definitely grows faster than the left; always has as far as I remember. I'm not sure if that holds true for the rest of my body-hair...
