Actually I was thinking "WTFT", menu would change daily based on whatever the eff I feel like making that day.

I dont know, but one things for sure, she was much prettier when she was younger.

Has anyone made.. Or seen someone else who made some scales for the Parangatang? Ill have to replace them for sure. Will want a custom kydex for it too, but first it needs new scales so i can send it in so the new sheath fits properly with them.

Are they the same exact size and everything as the potbelly? I bought some sweet wood scales for the potbelly a good while back from Tommythewho.... That could be a possibility again if they are the exact same size and all.

Just got through cleaning all the wood and steel shavings from my basement... took HOURS. Now i got just a small corner where i can work on hex hawks...... The realtor will be coming by soon and taking pictures of the place, assessing any damage, and then she said she could start showing the place to potential new tenants.... So i guess i need to keep it a bit clean down there for a while. :rolleyes:

Whatever it takes to get out of this city.... Im game.

Well actually i havent heard if it will be month to month or a 6 month lease or what... My lease ended 3 days ago but she hasnt been by with the new one yet. She called to let me know she would be coming by to take pictures and stuff and i asked her about the lease and she said the owner is re-doing it.... So im waiting to see how it turns out, but since she is coming by im guessing they are going to work out something for me to leave in July... Thankfully!!
 
WW - I really hope it all works out for you. Sometimes the owner will jack the rent up so high on a month to month that it makes it tough to stay and tough to go.

Yea man i have been worried about this exact thing.... The realtor did say it was a possibility the rent would increase some. She never said how much but the rent is already $850 a month here... and im not willing to pay much more than that to stay in this hell hole city.

My options would be,,,

To NOT sign the new lease... Im sure she would have to give me 30 days to leave.. Technically im not currently under ANY lease since it ended Jan 31st.. So im not sure what would happen then.. But id think by law she would have to give me 30 days to leave. But then id be stuck in a bad situation because i cant move to Florida yet. Im having a surgery performed here the end of March so i have to stay at least until then...

I guess another option would be to renew the full year lease and be stuck here until Jan next year.... But this would likely kill me. They would have to try and raise the rent to an amount i just couldnt figure out how to pay before i went with this option...

Other than that.... I dont have many choices.... Im really hoping they do it month to month or 6 month at the same amount its at now or damn close to it. Fingers crossed.

I don't think you did anything wrong, Steve. People are idiots anyways...some of them - and usually they are the most vocal.

My morning drive yesterday. Near whiteout conditions at times. Slow going, more than a few people off the road and rolled over.

Ended up we got another foot or so of snow on top of what we already had. Haven't had a winter like this in a while. Fun fun fun.
