Why Is It So Hard To Purchase From Busse?

I have been trying since last year to purchase a TGLB and still no knife! Both times I've ordered have been over the phone. The second I was assured that not only would my order go through, but I would jump the queue, since I had already been waiting for 2 months for nothing. When I try to email, I get one reply, asking for my information, then I get no reply after that. Now when I try to phone, I don't get an answer. I don't know about anyone else, but this has been the worst experience I've ever had, trying to get someone to take me money! If I've done something to offend let me know and I'll move on, but If I haven't can I please get the knife that I ordered?

Call and speak to Lexi (419) 923-6471. Make sure you call before 5pm Eastern time.

Tell her what you just told us. She will make sure you are taken care of.

Every business drops the ball on rare occasions. It looks like you might have slipped through the cracks, but that's not at all normal. I got my TGLB in 5 weeks, as have most of the people who have posted here.

They already lost more order once, now It seems they're just trying to avoid me. I'd prefer to speak to someone with authority in the company at this point, not customer service.

Yep, just try again and keep a eye on the time of day, simple!!!
 
They are preparing for up coming shows and are super busy! Patience is key during these times and I assure you that they will respond as long as your emails are not threatening and vulgar. We have all had to do the wait when it comes to emails so don't think you are the first. Be patient and I am sure your issues will get resolved.

I don't have the slightest clue what happened with your order, but i can say without the slightest doubt that Lexi and Pokey would NEVER intentionally provide anything less than fantastic service.

I understand your frustration, but no one at busse would intentionally ignore a call from a customer. They were incredibly patient with me, and I am about as annoying as it gets when it comes to waiting for an order. Don't let your frustration negatively impact your impression of the company. They are committed to their customers, and will make it right
 
I find it hard to believe they are not answering the phone during business hours.
I mean I call at minimum every few months and have never had that happen.
 
@ BePrepared - You're right, it should be, but someone is complicating things and I know it's not me.

@ voracious1 - And that's why I think someone is trying to avoid me. I could be wrong, it could just have been a bad day to call, but that's why I want to hear from someone in charge.

They are actually very nice and easy to work with. Sorry about your experience but I am sure they will get you fixed up pretty quick!
 
Call and ask to speak with the JANITOR :eek:
I'm sure it's nothing personal and just a fluke.
 
I have to say I call them regularly enough from the lower 1/2 of the world and always get someone on the phone. I do hope you get sorted out asap. I can't imagine there is any deliberate action against you....I mean they sell happily to a miscreant like me..... ;)

Hell, I live n Alaska. Last time I new it simple here meant the same across the US. I have called Busse MANY times and sent knives to them and received from them many times to include this week. I have NEVER had a problem getting through. If the phone was busy, I just called back later or earlier the next day. SIMPLE or is that to simple???
 
Well, maybe one of you guys, who have received their Busses, xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx?

If you think they're doing it intentionally to bother you, then just send them another email stating you don't want them to send you a knife... then they'll probably send it:thumbup:
 
@ BePrepared - I was only kidding about buying used. I'd still very much like a knew TGLB, I wouldn't be posting here if I didn't.
 
CrazyJ777- I will talk to one of the girls in the morning and see what we can't figure out.
