Why Is It So Hard To Purchase From Busse?

I also always get an answer when I call Busse. I dont think it has ever went to voicemail or not gotten answered.

Only time I haven't got an answer is when Jerry was screening my drunk calls late at night, asking if we could make some more t-shirts. Jerry is like the anti-answer man sometimes. He doesn't say "No", he just ignores me.:o;)

Maybe I should start a "T-shirt Death Chat"!:D:thumbup:

Back in my day, you had to wait a year or two to get a Busse from the shop. You kids today don't know how easy you've got it.

Twelve miles, uphill both ways, and and you couldn't see the broken glass because it was covered with snow.

But it really was about a year (or maybe more) to get my first Busses, which were most definitely worth the wait:

Lexi answers every time I call. Before the recent CupidGanzaaa I called to ask about handle material. The Boss himself jumped on the phone to answer my question. Great customer service in my opinion. Busse crew are some of the nicest people in the business.

Thank you!:thumbup:I always try answering on the first ring. Sometimes I have to let it ring two or three times if I had just taken a bite out of something I found hidden in my snack drawer. :)

Lexi, you guys have some of the best service skills going you should be proud and you could teach many other business' how it SHOULD be done.

I of course spend my time TRYING to be as rude and gruff on the phone to people as I can, the less calls I get the better..!!

I would have a lot more money in the bank if the busse crew would stop answering when I call

If you think they're doing it intentionally to bother you, then just send them another email stating you don't want them to send you a knife... then they'll probably send it:thumbup:

It's known in the textbooks as "reverse knife-ology"

I found a jelly bean on the carpet while I was cleaning a Captain's office during the seventh week of boot camp. Best. Jellybean. EVER.

Oh, and in before the lock and shoulda followed instructions and read stickies at top of forum :D

But how would he be able to follow the instructions at the top if they really where trying to avoid him? You see the hypothetical conundrum?

Buy the way I would never believe that they would A) purposely avoid a customer for wanting to buy a knife and 2) be able to remember his phone number to dodge said call every time. The OP must have just had the worst luck ever. To order twice and be forgotten then to not be able to get in touch would have angered me a LOT. I hope.he makes out well. Cause I hate to say it but if I had to wait a year for a knife I ordered expecting a 4-6 week delivery I it would be out. By that time I would have lived without it for so long the need and desirewould be gone.

I've never had any problems. I've even called after a Ganza and was able to get the knife I wanted.

Is the OP going to come back? We can understand his frustration, but would hope to hear of a positive resolution.

You'd be surprised....

One of the officer's whose office we'd clean in basic left notes inviting us to help ourselves to the sodas in his mini-fridge.... That was the cleanest office on base!
