Why Is It So Hard To Purchase From Busse?

Sorry... Waters don't have much churn to them tonight so I strayed to my other home away from wife.. I mean home!:D
 
Listen I just got off the phone with Lexi who answered after the first ring and immediately gave me an update on my order. Otherwise I'm at a loss for words on the situation you've described. Absolutely no problems for me. You'll get proper service I'm certain.
 
I've called several times, at different times over a few days, not to mention all the emails and email accounts and still nothing. I'm guessing if I do get through to someone, I'll have to order for a third time.

The more I hear how easy it has been for others is only making me think more that I'm being ignored. At this point it's more than just a glitch. Someone is not doing their job.

Have you tried today since Hindsight posted last night, or is this comment based off previous attempts?

Was pretty easy for me, I just entered my info on the website, got my confirmation email, and now am waiting a few weeks.

Besides, it's now obvious that multiple Busse employees are very interested in taking care of you, so I'm sure all will be well :)
 
Wait......you have to "call" them? I thought everyone was in the "Busse -O- the Month" fan club. They just automatically send you one each month to try and you send back what you dont want and pay for the ones you do.......
