Why isn't the Game Warden a Production blade?

PORKERSON it is !!

SKUNK...There should be no limits on orders..I think PG hit it on the head when he said that we just refuse to buy someones overpriced GW's.

man,... If i want it and gotta have it, and they are rare and hard to get,.. i would totally pay more than the original cost to get it (of course to the point that its worth $$$ to me)...

Plus, having gone through 2 ganza's now and the recent GW run (of the fish and orange) (yes i am new)... i can see it easily being worth it to some people, to pay an extra $40+ (whatever) to just pick something off of here or ebay rather than have to f5/refresh and watch all day and night.

It could almost be argued that busse is selling at whosale to the public, and that secondary market is retail... (been discussed before) in that case, i thank them for making available to everyone what they can... sure they can maybe raise their prices and sell what the market will bare, paying the high retail game, but then they have sitting stock and become venders (often at the expense of being producers)...

If i did not find an orange on the store the next day as i did, i was prepared to pay out extra to grab one as i like it so much...
(had orange stripes on my white camaro, always dreamed of the hugger orange camaro, had Honda F4 orange),... and my wife calls me pumpkin...
(btw, wife and i both use this account and love knives, so some posts may not always jive aka "my wife calls me pumpkin" and "my husband says..." etc.

The reasonable factory price has always been part of the allure of Busse's for me so in my opinion you shoudn't have to pay inflated secondary market prices for a blade that is supposed to be "affordable" for everyone.

I say make it a regular production model for the usual limited amount of time!:)

Good points! And lately there has been a lot of noobs around here that do seem to be planing some "stock trading" I mean why else would someone buy a huge quantity of one particular blade at one time?

Why would anyone buy a lot of ANY knives??? Hmmm... I know why YOU do. You're quite a volume seller for a gold member. sheesh.

Busse imo is no compromises best it can be, and price is what it must be to make a no compromise knife... (thus more money)

Swamp rat would be along those lines, but some compromises to keep costs down, such as diff. steel/material for starters...
-consider a bandicoot, or a howler lm which is soon to come out (as a cheaper alternative to the GW)...

Lest we forget the scrapyard which also has a fine product, which fits into perhaps a more budget minded category-

but i see your point too.

Ok now I have decided to download the sales forum and add up all the overpriced sales by member and then send 1099s to the IRS. Man am I going to be busy:grumpy:.

I've already been there poking around, and yes, you'll be very busy indeed!

I agree as long as the supply is there for the supposedly lesser expensive lines but once the supply dries up from the factory up goes the price on the secondary market, I've seen it happen countless times with Swamp Rat. Again if this is supposed to be an affordable knife for the masses than make it more accesible by making it a regular production non BCS model for the alloted time.

What I posted has nothing to do with how many knives anyone buys or doesn't buy. I just needed to fill the space with something because what I was going to say had been said and I couldn't delete the box.

OK????

I wasn't addressing anyone here. It was about me just all about me, me, me .

Didn't you just say that? :D :D :D

(I got it the first time, Tony.)
