Why Oso Grande will never see a dime of my money

Seems like most of you missed the point - OG posts a YT vid on 6/30/15 advertising a 10% discount on the CS Black Talon II
I see the post, transfer funds from savings to checking and it clears the next day at which point I'm ready to purchase.
OG tells me the sale is over. Why post a sale if it lasts for less than a day AND, not list an expiration date for the sale is given or "Hurry, only a few left at this price?"
Yeah, you'd be pissed too.
For the rest of you with your insults, you know where you can go.
Regardless, OG will not get a dime of my money ever and I buy about 6 knives a year.
It's the principle, stupid. Something lost on many of you.

And yes, I acknowledged my mistake that it wasn't OG that insulted me, however, I find it to be poor business to advertise a sale, then end it the same day without giving notice when the sale will end.

FWIW- I honestly think, that you need to do some serious introspection, change your attitude (from being so self righteous & indignant; start with an apology: first to OG knives, on their YouTube channel, & then to BladeForums, & it's member's, for defaming us (claiming we support your deranged argument, when we clearly don't).

The YouTube video itself mentions no sale. Your comment about the 10% discount is dated "1 month ago" from today Sep 7, 2015 so that would make your post around August 7, 2015, right? Their comment was that the sale ended June 30, 2015. There's the whole month of July between their sale ending on June 30 and your post near the start of August. It doesn't sound like you were ready to buy the next day after June 30; it's more like you were ready to buy one whole month after their sale was over.

If you look at the comments underneath the UT video and their time frames the OP's comments do not add up. My guess is that more than a day had passed between when the UT video was put up and the poster went to order his knife. He is now distorting the facts to make it a better story for him to tell.

Well It isn't working for any of us. And the OP's language in his posts are inexcusable.

Be professional, respectful, and courteous. You are making bladeforums and knife enthusiasts look bad to the outside world.

I for one want to hear good positive things here on bladeforums and good discussion on knives and such. Not to hear someone complain and causing problems for such a minor thing.

Again I think the best thing that came out of this thread is some great free advertising for OSG. At the time I posted this the thread was at 951 view and 30 posts. That kind of advertising is not cheap. Well done.
