Why you (yes you) NEED a bk11 (becker necker) pic heavy

Talk about punishment for not checking the forums enough recently... Not only have I missed a contest (over in 10 minutes) ... I'VE BEEN SIG'D!?

I miss having Clich around.

I just gave my cousin an extra Bk-11 that I had. We were talking knives he was saying he wants a new one for his go pack. He wanted a fixed blade because he already has a traditional Barlow that he carries and wanted something just small and easy. I had an extra 11 cause I had my old one that I cleaned up. So I gave it to him. So far that makes 2 11s, 2 14s, 1 17, and a set of kitchen knives that I have gotten my family hooked on.

As for friends 2 sets of kitchen knives have gone out.
 
After seeing this and a hearing from a couple of you on what to add to the quiver with the BK9, I couldn't resist and ordered the blade and scales today. I think I need to stop visiting this forum!!!

Awesome thread and pics!!!! I was already sold on getting an 11 eventually, but I was going to wait until after I got my wife a 16. Looks like I will be getting her the 11, then me an 11, and her a 16.

In that order.
 
In my country the BK11, is sold at the equivalent of 110 dollars!!!!!!(because of high import taxes:grumpy:) but still have several since worth every penny ...:)
 
That is some serious testing. I cringed a little at the rebar, but no apparent serious damage and cleaned right up. IMPRESSIVE!
 
OK, my 11 showed up today and the scales later this week. This really is a cool tool and I can't wait to use it! We need to stop posting around here so I don't have to keep selling other gear that I don't use on ebay to pay for my new habit. Come on people!!!
 
Man awesome pics bro but I feel bad for the tool box. Looked like a perfectly great tool box at that.

I think the word you're looking for is "improve"

This thread is sweet, makes me want an 11. I don't think I could legally carry a 3inch blade here for Edc because of conceal laws so I guess I'll just be sticking with my izula.
