Why you (yes you) NEED a bk11 (becker necker) pic heavy

You should buy 11 more of them and shove them all in that tree and climb o the top like a ninja. Then open a beer with the last one. then breathe fire....

11 more and I got all my tree stand steps. I don't breathe fire tho, I make it rain....
 
Will it slash an inflated tire in one fell swoop? I fantasize about this when I drive to work in the morning.

Ok that knife is pretty awesome, I was thinking about buying another folder I found on sell but I think I might make my first becker purchase after seeing what that thing can do.

This reminds me of BRab's bk2 test, only in necker form. EDIT: Smoakie976 beat me to it, but still.:)

nice job dude, I was thinking man he just ruined a decent tool box.... NOT, you made rather good use of it :)

btw, since I've had it I think the 11 and the 9 are perfect companions... something about the 11 I just like, and I think its the feel of the handle..

at first glimpse of this knife it doesn't appear to be ergonomically friendly but OTOH it really is..

buy, buy, buy.... !!!!
 
OK, I'll admit it: I was ignorant of Becker knives. I see people mention them here on BF but never checked them out. I know, I know. Now that I've seen this one, I have to admit it: I need a BK11. Just put it on my Amazon wish list -- in case I don't win the contest. LOL. Great pix BTW. (Cross-posted to the contest thread -- wasn't sure which one you wanted us to post on.)

Welcome my man. Posting in both is fine. The idea behind this thread was to spread the word in the abuse these knives can take at such a reasonable hit to the wallet. If you think this is abuse, you should see what the big boy beckers can take. The bk2 is downright BULLETPROOF.

Clich, I think people such as myself that don't own a Becker, but are seeking one as well as questing for Beckerheaddome (I hope that actually works), should get their own category, like Beckerheadling or something along those lines. I'm just joking that would be unnecessary and cumbersome. But we should. Kidding. But no seriously. ;)
 
Beckerheadling... I think that is perfect.

As for the other one... I don't think there is actually any way to word that where it doesn't sound potentially awkward...
 
Wow, great torture test! I've been looking at Beckers for a little while and wondered if a knife in that price range can actually be that good. I'm sold!
 
love knives that perform and aren't hyped beyond affordability, like mora for example.. excellent performance and one of my all time favorite bush knives :)
