Wilderness Gathering in Texas

I'm in Houston. Late September or even October would be good for heat and bugs.

We are kind of low on money so I can't go to far and I start school August 18th. We might want to start planning now and meet next year some time.

I'm in Houston and would be interested in going assuming the drive isn't bad.

I'm from Paige...about 40 miles east of Austin. Later in October would be good...I wouldn't be over here!

If you guys would consider October I may be able to make it out there for this!

I am(hopefully) going to be going to school at this point, but if it was for only a few days, I could swing it.

Would any BFWS folk in the E-Tex area care to share wheels? I do not have a car.

I'm in Fort Worth, but I'm willing to travel some if necesary. October sounds good to me. Hopefully by then I'll be much better healthwise.

I hope so as well! Would love to meet the fella who got these awesome patches made for us.

Double Lake camp ground in the Sam Houston National forest would be good. Maybe 100 miles north of Houston. The Lone Star Hiking Trail runs by it so easy to hike out into the forest to try out our skills and toys.

I know this sounds kind of sellfish but my house would probably work. I live on a lake and it is 3 hours from Houston and 4 hours from Dallas. Guns, knives, and fire would be no big deal. We could also go to Lake Murval except no fires or guns.
