hope there is a forum high roller that is getting a HUCK & INFI WTF.. and a video camera!! maybe even a MOAB, BG WTF, Moabolo... that would make for some fun test chopping vids :)
 
You know, this discussion is probably a waste of time because my prediction is that they will both be bested by a satin kukri monster.....the WTHuck

this suggestion reminds me of a little suggestion some scientist had in a lab in the 50s "well...splitting an atom was fun....hmmm what if we fused them in a chain reaction instead:D"

The only thing I know is that these (KUKRI's) are still available am I am shocked-The WTF was long gone by now-People screamed for CG Infi because it was more affordable-Jerry Delivered-we shall see how many more offerings are CG-My guess very few -Get ready for more BG's, I am sure this will satisfy the Majority

I'm sure the WTF is going to be produced in far fewer numbers than anything else in OP2W. How long it takes to sell out on the site has zero bearing.
 
Y'all are funny... how/why would the combat king of OTW need to dethrone the OTW safe queen? Let the rippled king go conquer while the fat queen sits there & looks pretty... and if they breed INFIspring when left alone together even better. :)

Seriously though: Thicker stock is a little more expensive to start with, but satin finishing one WTF for every 2-3 (maybe more?) cg HUCK[/fin]'s produced in the same time would allow Jerry to offer 2-3 times as many HUCK's for the same business resource investment... something the prices reflect. A little business logic goes a long way, so just comparing time on the site means number of demand has not yet reached number available but has zero bearing on whether the available number of wtf vs huck is the same, or more likely, not. ;)

I have a WTF on order and a Huck FIn on order I am excited to receive both-I have NO IDEA which will be a superior Chopper, and as stated Before Don't Care-I buy the knives I like and Do Not turn around and say "Mine is the Best because I bought it". The FIN may very well out chop the WTF-great I do not care-I love the design and Satin Availability of the WTF-I also like the Huck FIN with CBT-I purchase the knifes I like, and no Video by any individual saying this or that will make me regret my decision-The only time I get irritated is when people state my knife is better than yours because I have it or have purchased it-It is amazing all of this conjecture when nobody except Busse has even seen the knives in person! If after a year are so has passed and all these Quote "Experts say the Huck is a better overall Chopper-Great-If they say the WTF outperforms the HUCK then great! I will have both and be very proud to have them-BOTH WILL GET THE JOB DONE, I don't criticize people for buying Satin or CG or whatever-Which do I prefer-Satin, but I also have numerous blades that are coated If someone thinks paying the price on a WTF is too high-Don't buy it-But don't get frustrated because you like it and can't afford it-Same with the FIN, if the price is too high or you do not like the design because you think you know everything there is to know about a knife-Don't BUY it!! The last I checked neither of these knives are in the hands of the Consumer-Cheers

Not upset at all bro, just think somebody needed to say something about this my knife is better than yours crap that is going around-Buy what you want. be happy, use it, enjoy it. We all have our personal favorites, I have watched a lot of videos since I became interested in Busse's and to me the 1 guy's videos I enjoy the best are Rob Stanley's
(Hope he does not mind me using his name) He takes the knife out cuts a few things and says awesome blade), All of Busse's Choppers will perform as advertised, the fact that it takes a certain knife 4 more chops to chop a tree down down than this other knife really matters very little in a real world scenario-It is comforting to know that when you need it most your Busse (No matter what model) will perform-Cheers

Lol...you comedian!! If the infi WTF is kept as safe queen.. its due to its price...everything about that blade lends itself to being an amazing chopper. Comparable to the moab at least... :) it's will have very similar blade weight to moab.
 
I'm just here thinking "boy I'm glad they offered the WTF in battle grade, sure wish they did the same for the HUCK."

Sure makes it much more accessible at an only slightly lowered performance.
