(same thing without highlights)
that link will take you to drlamb.com, and his page on Fibromyalgia. essentially from what i understand, it is one of the basic set of side effects that can be seen from long term pinched nerves.
what i hope you will gain from that page is not a quick and or easy cure - because there isnt one, just like weight management or alcoholism; but rather an idea of how serious a pinched nerve can be if its not dealt with in a thourough and critical manner. the side effects from a pinched nerve not only include nerve damage, but they can also include damage to all the muscle tissues and connective tissues that are effected by that nerve.
it's like when someone asks "what heat treat is best for steel x, but give me the short answer" or "whats the best knife steel there is - ever."
the answer isnt something that someone can give without leaving out a great deal of very important information. the best heat treat depends on what you want out of the steel, and the best steel ever depends on its application.
just the same, the best way (or even A way that will work for you) to help, or cure your pinched nerve is something that will require a great deal more research then will likely be found via this forum.
best of luck
*post script: if it is actually a seriously pinched nerve, then the above applies (and still does otherwise), if its just a set of tense muscles or a slightly out of place joint thats causeing mild irritation - most of the suggestions here are good, relaxation, heat/cold therapy, stretching, excersize, good diet are all things that will help. i would still suggest finding iether a doctor, or a deep tissue massage therapist who is very good at what they do. deep tissue massage can do wonders for things that people normally would go to a chiropractor for - often times the bones are out of place because the muscles around them are tensing up in that direction.*
