Win a free Talonite (r) knife contest

????Why, I should win???? No good reason. Sometimes having to many reasons is just like having to many excuses.

I would appreciate receiving your free Talonite knife as an excellent addition to my collection. After buying so many knifes, I would finally be able to tell my wife that here's one that I didn't cost me a penny!

Dangit Darrel, you stole my reason!

It dosen matter anyway as I am exempting myself from the contest anyway. I recently sold the knife off my belt and am currently Taloniteless!

Thank you for giving us the oppurtunity to embarass ourselves in front of our peers by unashamedly begging to be given this knife.

I feel that I sould be given the knife because I am me, and for no other good reason.

Of course I could be logical about the whole thing but that would be boring.

Oh, any plans for a Talonite Paratus?

Hey...I need the knife. I could beg and cry but I am sure that has been tried before. I could plead isolation but I am sure that has been tried. Poverty .... yea.
I am broke. Can't afford such a wonderful knife.

Bob

I´d love to have one. They are not available over here in Sweden. If I got one I´d send it to Fallkniven so that they could examine it. They are the importers of nearly every single brand, and maybe I could convince them to carry EDI. Simple. I get knife, you get sales.

I have won two things in contests like this in my whole life: A raffle for 200 dollars, and a snickers bar, neither of which recently. Please, help break the losing streak. P.S., I am also a starving college student. P.P.S, I recently did a good deed for a fellow knife knut, by returning a knife meant for him which was accidentally shipped to me. This was a 300 dollar knife, and I figure the good karma oughta catch up to me sooner or later.

I Dunno what Talonite is, and would like the opportunity to learn first hand about the material that is causing such a stir on BF.

Hi Tom,
Yes I'm over here too.

Just a reminder to forget about ATS-34 and come full speed ahead with TALONITE(r)!
Another reason for me to win is you will restore my faith in the large company produced knives because right now with some of the steels they are using (ATS-34) the worst of them all, I do not buy from the one's that use this vile steel anymore.

I should win the knife so I can see if it's really that much better than the Stellite knife I have.

I Think I should win because i have a friend who will be heading to Kosovo and i would give him one of the knives to take with him.

My finace dumped me and told me she hadn't been in love with me for a year, so I went out and got drunk. Got arrested. My car was firebombed while I was in jail. I had cancelled my full-coverage insurance in lieu of just liability _that_day_. Without a car I've been mostly unable to work for the past month. All this has led to a spiralling-out-of-control depression and my life is slowly starting to unravel.

I don't even want the knives, I just want someone who cares

Hmm....

Top ten reasons why I should win this knife:

10. I'm a nice guy and would like to have this knife.
9. My last knife purchase was an EDI Genesis.
8. I don't have enough Genesis knives.
7. I'm not very good at sharpening knives and need a Talonite Genesis so I will never have to.
6. I've always wanted to be a marine biologist and need the perfect knife for the job (in case I have a change of careers).
5. I've always been attracted to G10, gold-anodized titanium, and Talonite in a Michael Collins design.
4. I was Jim Bowie in a previous life and I feel naked without my knife.
3. I'm a descendant of King Arthur and this is the closest I will come to getting Excalibur.
2. If I'm ever abducted by aliens, I want to be ready.

And the number one reason I should win this knife - I will name my next child "Talon William".

Let's see...

1) Never won a knife before for starters.

2) If I bought a talonite Genesis I'd be too scared to actually use it - but since it's free I'll use the heck out of it.

3) I need a good user anyway - my sorry little BM Eclipse is about done for.

4) I just plain want one!!! :-)
