Winner Selected / jc57: "Thank You" Giveaway (In memory of "Smoky": 2003-2013)

Congratulations to the winner and a tip of the cap to Elliot for honoring his buddy Smoky.

I have nothing but respect for the man or woman that understands the value of a four legged friend.

Jim

Knife was sent off yesterday morning around 11.30 am so it should arrive at its new home in no time.

Again, sorry for your loss Elliot, thanks for the generous giveaway and congrats to John on the win, that's a sweet knife.

Just a quick update. The knife arrived yesterday, intact and beautiful. I spent a few minutes with "the ritual" last night - a bit of polishing, waxing, and lubricating to get it all spiffed up. It didn't need sharpening, Elliott did a pretty good job on it. I'm pretty swamped with work at the moment but I'll get some pics of it up as soon as I get a chance.

It's a really great knife and I'm going to enjoy carrying and using it! Thanks again for your generosity, Elliott. I'll put it to good use and I'll make sure the Karmic wheel keeps rolling. :)

My pleasure, John. I'm glad it went to a good new home and it will be able to fulfill its rightful destiny. Use it in good health, my friend.

John, congratulations on winning that fine workhorse. Elliott, thanks for the give away. Well done, sir.

Another happy ending (or should I say beginning?) in the best little corner of the internet.

Congrats to you both!
