Not an entry, since I'm still ecstatically enjoying a little Case 2-blade congress that I won in an earlier leghog GAW.

But thanks for yet another generous GAW, leghog!:thumbup:
It's a shame that your version of the Forum knife that year had that recurve on the clip blade; when folks started receiving their Forum knives, I got a knot in the pit of my stomach when I saw that too many (IMHO more than zero is too many) had that blade grind defect.
Good luck to all the entrants,

and I'll bet if you're more adept at sharpening than I am, you could fix that blade (at the expense of some steel).
Although I'm not entering this GAW, I will include examples of a style of knife that just never "clicked" for me. And apparently, I'm not very wise, because I've purchased at least THREE almost identical knives of that kind, despite not caring much for any of them!

The knives in question are small (3.5") lockback hunters. I like the way they look (don't LOVE the looks, but they're OK) but I just don't enjoy carrying and using them; in fact, I have difficulties with the "release lever" on almost every lockback I've handled, if the lever is at the "back end" of the knife. (I've had no problems with, and absolutely love, my Mercator Black Cat with the release lever "midship".

All 3 of the knives pictured below I ended up giving or trading away. I still have the iconic "big brother" of these little guys, a 1967 Buck 110 one of my brothers gave me after having it in his toolbox for decades, even though I sometimes have to use pliers to release the blade on that one!!

(I'm also one of the few who thinks a Buck 110 is a remarkably ugly knife, and would still hold that opinion if the lock release functioned like a dream for me.)
