WINNERS CHOSEN! 5 DAY GIVEAWAY!!! User Challenge!

I'm in, great give away, it will be fun! Thank you.
For the past 4-5 months it has been one of two 110s. I just sent one out for buffalo horn covers so it will be this one until the other returns sometime next year. I'll carry it as I have been in one of these two belt sheaths. The flap sheath I cobbled together, the wonderfully done open top is one is by Gary W. Graley Gary W. Graley

With thanks to waynorth waynorth for this rascal when we last met up at GEC, I'll accept your challenge and
carry this one next week, and when I am able I'll update this post with some in use shots as well.

Thanks for the opportunity and that is one heck of a giveaway you're running !

Day -2 (Saturday) getting a jump on Monday ;) guess I better keep these images smaller to save space in this thread!
Slicing up some heavy duty self adhesive felt pads for the bottom of one of our chairs, 3" x 3" cut using the spey blade,
used it almost like a head knife for leather, nice and neat

This is something I do a lot as I send out things quite often and I like to make the trip as safe as possible so I carve
out a section of foam for the item to rest in. Used the clip point blade to do that work today,
with the texture of the scales it was easy to keep the knife under control better than a smooth handled one.

candy challenge accepted ;)

Monday: Ok officially first day of 5, something that I do a lot is cutting up paracord, a blade needs to be quite
sharp to press cut down cleanly to sever the paracord, of course, not an issue with this one ;)

Tuesday: was just some simple plastic cutting around a bundle of water bottles, so no image taken...but it was used.

Wednesday: I ship a lot of things out and the boxes have the ears that fold down into the sides will stick outside of the box,
this protuberance interferes with the tape when I go to tape the box up, so I will trim the offending sections flush to the box.

Thursday: Making easy work of breaking down some small cardboard boxes

Friday: Cutting up some foam for packing today, slices extremely well ;)

and good luck to everyone and thanks again for this chance JonMcD JonMcD !

I’m off of work next week. I’m not going anywhere, just staying around the house and catching up on a lot of chores. I’d like to have a little bit of knife fun while I’m at it. The porch has been such a fun and generous place for me, and I’ve never done a giveaway before, so I wanted to chance to give back a bit.

The game will be played like this.

1. Choose one knife to pocket and use for five days straight starting Monday morning. You can carry other knives during the five day stretch, but this knife has to be on you for the five days.
2. Post a picture in this thread of you doing something with your user knife of choice in this thread as you move through the week. Have fun with it; food, dogs, scenery, family, all the good stuff!!!
3. To be “in”, just say “I’m in“ and post a picture of the knife you will use starting Monday.
4. I will pick five winners on Saturday from the pool of folks who Jump in and have fun participating. I have seen a lot of giveaways come and go, so neither will I be anal retentive, being a stickler that you make it all five days, but I also will not be selecting folks who just participate one day. In the end, I will select a pool of people, and then pull five names at random.
5. I really just wanna have a lot of fun and see some fun “knives in use” pics.
6. It is 100% cool to play in behalf of someone else on the porch!

NOW FOR THE KNIVES!!!
5 winners, 5 of my USER knives.
1. GEC TC 14 in Cocobolo
2. GEC 86 2019 run in Autumn Harvest
3. GEC 71 OD Green Linen
4. Craftsman 4” stockman by Utica
5 Old Timer 61OT

All have been used, but are in awesome condition. The 86 doesn’t have a tube. First winner gets to choose what they want and so forth.

Let’s have some fun! If my logic has holes, let me know and I’ll clarify.
Whoever gets to pick first is gonna' have a tough decision to make. Those are five for five Sir. Seriously.

I’m glad to have a big brass knife representing 👌🏼.

Great idea. This will be fun to follow. I’ll play. The choice for the week is easy for me because I am traveling and only have 1 knife with me. Prepare to be impressed!!! 🤪

I have experienced one of your edges before. I’m sure that material sliced like butter!

The same knife the whole week! That's just crazy talk. But the thought of winning one of those wonderful prizes is just too much temptation to resist. I'll commit to this one.

I love the S&M gunstock. It will be great to see it. Good to have another gunstock Knut in the mix 👍
