mmm, yummy :) we could get Ethan to make Asada too :) have an international cookoff...
 
We would love to have Ethan get up here. I talk to him before the first years and he said he would try but we all know he is a busy man. Maybe one day. I am planning steaks again next year so I have already started the planning process. Would love to see more people here. Doug
