Garet Garet - My recommendation for your wife is the Carothers EDC1.2 in Magnacut or D3V. The size is practical to carry yet big enough to do hard work. The ergonomics of the handle are amazing. The interchangeable handle scales are available in micarta, G10, and Terotuf in a range of colors to suit her fancy. It comes with a nice ambidextrous kydex sheath made by Mashed Cat.

Carothers makes small drops of knives about every other Friday at 3:00PM EST on the Knifemakers Exchange here on BF. https://www.bladeforums.com/categories/knifemakers-market-knives-more-for-sale.767/ Be ready to post an immediate quick reply when the ad opens because they sell out very fast. If you hurry, today is one of those Friday sale opportunities.

My wife has 3 knives, one of which is a fixed blade: Kizer Muskrat and she loves it

Okay, so before this gets shuttered
Im going to go out and say it, "woman's camping knife" seems a bit sexist, there shouldn't be too much of a reason that an active adventurous female can't use what the "rest of us use"
Ive seen women lumberjacks... so---
they can handle anything they're good and fit, to handle

You're nuts S ShaiHulud . My mom owns a Cold Steel Magnum Kukri machete that I reduced the belly on, reground thinner behind the edge, and made a framed tang two handed maple handle for. Girliest knife ever.

i get your point, but dont overthink it. every human has different sized hands. some tiny some huge, and everything else in between. I assumed ops question was on a knife for an average or smaller handed than most men, woman. dont think he or anyone else, so far, in the thread meant it in a sexist, machismo or chauvinistic way.....

And there are girlie men to consider. They might have different preferences as well.....
