Woo-Hoo My KITH Knife Arrived

Woo Hoo! I have received my knife from Steve Schantz (medtech). It's a nice size for a utility/edc, and I'm sure it will get lots of use. Steve also made the laminate handle material out of some BDUs, so it has a nice military look about it. Thanks Steve!

Michael Cantrell received his, but is on the road and won't see it till the weekend.

Yep, back now.
Thanks, Mark!
I know you mentioned earlier you didn't think it was such a practical design, but I'll tell you what. It went right under my wife's pillow the night I flew out!

Great work, impeccable fit, I dig the beadblast, especially for the texture on the G10. Love it. :)

My wife told me my KITH knife arrived! unfortunately I'm a thousand miles away from home and only get on the internet once a week or so, but she's sending it with my christmas package monday, so I'll update this with the specifics then

I checked the tracking # for the knife I sent. It says a notice was left on the 17th.....someone has there new knife waiting to be picked up:)

Bruce's is being picked up today.
Mothoso's is being delivered tomorrow.
Zaph's should get there any day.

Woo Hoo! My KITH knife arrived a few days ago but I just arrived to where the knife is. Thanks to Ken Hall for a beautiful Hunter in 1075. It's a sweet knife that has a really cool handle in Leopard wood (I've never seen Leopard wood). This knife is nicely done in all aspects and the shaped handle fits nicely in the hand. You did a great job Ken and I'm proud to have one of your knives in my collection now.
Mike

My knife was waiting to be picked up since the 17th but I got to see it only this evening. Woo Hoo... It is a BEAUTIFUL knife from Bruce Culberson!I like big knives, and this knife is a brute, but very streamlined and balanced at the same time. I love the way Bruce left the hammer marks on the blade. The knife came in a hand-made sheath that is very nice looking and functional. Bruce, thank you very much for a great gift. I am very proud to have one of your knives. I hope some day I would be able to make something as nice as this.

Stacy, thank you for organizing this. Everybody, have a Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year.

My camera is not with me today, so I have to use the picture Bruce posted. I will post some pictures very soon.

Woot hehe Mine was the one scheduled for today (well actually yesterday but I wasn't home) and it showed up bright and early today all the way from Italy. Apparently it was one of the longest traveling of the KITH but it was worth it, makes me glad I entered. I will post a pic as soon as I find my camera as I just got back last night and haven't unpacked anything yet. Thanks Mostho and thanks Stacy for running this. ... whens the next one?:D

Merry Christmas
Ken

Sean,
share the fun once unboxed okay?
:D

I think I will not be lucky for Xmas, but once again this is my first KITH and I dont want to miss any other if possible. Lot of fun!

Cheers!

Thanks Mark, that was the first time and only time I've made "mycarta". I thought it turned out pretty good. I had enough for two knives. I did a super glue finish on it. Take care

Steve

thanks Stacy for another great KITH

R. Flaherty's arrived today. He will post later.
That only leaves one to be delivered to Italy and the KITH is complete.

I wish to thank all for their participation and good communication. Trains run well when all the cars are on the same track

Steffano, in Italy, just notified me that the knife has arrived. It only took a month ,but who cares...it got there.

This completes the 2010 KITH.

You have less than 11 months to get your 2011 KITH knives done. - So get busy.
