These are the only decent wooden handled knives that I have . Old pictures at that and with other knives as well in the photos. Robeson TL-29 and Northfield 77 Barlow in African Blackwood.
Relatively new to the porch and traditionals. I am getting a decent collection going, but this thread made me realize I need more wood. This NW Madison Barlow is the only traditional I have in wood...Osage Orange. Loving the snake wood in the prior posts!
I know this has micarta as well, but I recently picked this up because I fell in love with the figure in the ironwood burl:

I enjoy seeing the change in appearance with wood as it ages. I received this Mora 106 a couple of weeks ago.
Some judicious oiling, along with foolishly handling it with soot covered hands after making a fire, and she almost looks like an old tool.
