Here's one for ya. I made this about a year ago. This was my first *successful* attempt at putting a pocket knife together. I used the blade and spring from a Rough Rider trapper kit (salvaged from a previous failure) and did the rest myself. Nickle silver liners, walnut scales and .999 silver inlay.

This was my first ever inlay project, the waves and kinks in the lines bother me but I used this as a final project in my art class and got an A so I guess it's not that bad.

Those look super. What make is the one on top? I can't make out the tang stamp. Thanks
Sorry big. I just saw this question. The top blade is a Robeson. A cursory Google search showed it to be produced prior to 1939. If anyone knows more about it I'd love to hear from you. Whatever it's age I like it just fine. :) Thanks for your interest, hope you see this response.

I'm not trying to advertise wit this(ask me to remove and I will happily) but look at the wood on this
Tell us more about this knife, please. It looks hollow ground and the blade tip is interesting, why rounded; out of curiosity? I like the pull on it and the handle has a lot of contours. Looks like a lock back as well. What kind of wood is it? Did you make it? More pics ?
