Queen #40 gunstock jack in curly zebrawood

This week my rotation schedule has me carrying this lockback laguiole caza that my daughter gave me for my birthday about 15 months ago. She purchased it in Spain, but I'm certain it's a product of Martinez Albainox, a Spanish cutlery company that imports most of their knives from China. Olive wood covers, according to the website, but I'm not so sure.
