Wooden Wednesday - Traditionals only please

No wood-clad knives on my "carry schedule" for this week, but there are several knives on permanent kitchen duty that have wood handles.
My Union Jack, a rosewood lambsfoot, is on the kitchen counter except when it has a turn to be in my pocket for one week out of every six:

A beechwood Opinel #7 is available in the kitchen except for the rare occasions when it serves as my International Knife of the Week:
