Wooden Wednesday - Traditionals only please

Good Afternoon Guardians
Boy, I'm getting lazy about my picture posting times. 🤣
Decided to follow Jack's lead and carry some Ebony today.
Looking good, John.
I had hoped to have a Lambsfoot made with Yorkshire oak covers :( Here's a Sheepsfoot
That would be real nice. Still…The one shown is mighty nice. Now I’m on repeat playing “Gotta get on the good foot.”😄
Fun Fact: 6 is my favorite number, Harvey!
Cool!

Brilliant brace of black wood, Mr. Black!
Thank you Gary :)
Thanks, Jack and Todd. Every once in a while, for reasons that I can't explain or replicate, I get some nice pics. I "enhanced" these by boosting the "color dial" a bit beyond natural.
I always try to take more photos than I should really need to! :D

Thanks Harvey 😂

I don't quite have photography with my phone figured out. Sometimes I take a dozen pics and none of them are worth a darn. Other times I'll get 10 that are all pretty good. I take a bunch and expect (hope) to get 2 or 4 decent enough to post.

First year or so I owned it I couldn't open it the pull was so strong. Then one day I pulled it out and it went from a 10 to an easy 7. Go figure.
Life is full of mysteries; I like the "good" ones!

Thanks!
This is the original from the factory. This one in particular is the first one I purchased 5 or 6 years ago to replace the one I got in 1990 and lost to theft in 2003.
Thanks for the info. I don't know what kind of wood is used by the factory, but I'm quite pleased with it.

Brilliant Gary! 😄

I have to say I finally used it at dinner tonight. It has a nice pork chop patina started. (Pictures tomorrow 😉👍)
I saw your pic in Totin' Today, Todd.

I rarely try to get away with "one and done".

A little late in the week perhaps but this EKA got new scales from wood I saved from last year when I chopped an old cherry tree down.
