Wooden Wednesday - Traditionals only please

This week I'm carrying 10 knives representing 8 countries from my "international collection" (which doesn't include SAKs, knives made in China, or British lambsfoot knives). A bunch of those 10 have wood handles.
From Spain, a boxwood Taramundi and an olive wood Joker:
