Wooden Wednesday - Traditionals only please

Just in this after noon, from young Mr. Sir J Just Tom.
SVORD Peasant (large). I'm not sure what the wood is. Tom made the handle. He might know/remember what it is. Might be Mahogany?

If I recall correctly, it was a piece of 1x4 cherry from the hardware store - nothing with an interesting back-story, I’m afraid, but I’m really glad you like it :)

Gone, but not forgotten, Alan!:thumbsup::cool:

Those Black Wood Brothers really harmonize, Jeff! ;):thumbsup:

Always enjoy seeing that Taramundi, GT. As for the critter, I see a llama (or maybe it’s an alpaca?) surrounded by flames.
Thanks for your perspective on the Taramundi boxwood, Barrett.:cool::thumbsup: I think I see the llama you see, but I've always called it a German Shepherd.🤓
Splendid swirly, burl-y grain on your wood pair last week, although I see many faces in torment in the Albers!

Nice pair Gary !
Thanks, Steve, and right back at you for your wood duo last week!:cool::thumbsup:

W😲W! That's "up close and personal", Harvey!:cool::cool:

My rotation schedule assigned me no wood knives this week, but I happen to be carrying a couple of knives "off the record", one of them a recent gift, a Böker Beer Barrel Canoe (thanks, Todd):
