Wooden Wednesday - Traditionals only please

The only knife with wood covers assigned to me by my rotation schedule this week is a rosewood lambsfoot I call Union Jack:

But I'm also carrying an "off-the-schedule" Böker Beer Barrel canoe I recently received from Todd bigfish64 bigfish64 , who generously sent it to me on the occasion of my teaching the final class of my 50-year teaching career! Much appreciated, Todd!! :thumbsup::cool::thumbsup:

Todd, your opinion of my photo is probably biased because I got the old knife-on-post mojo working. 🤓 Any good pics I come up with are pretty much a matter of good luck. I was surprised that I got some decent pics of the beer barrel canoe because I was afraid I had waited too long in the evening to go outside for a photo shoot.
Bob, I'm thankful for your recent magnanimity toward me, and got some photos of the knife you kindly gifted me on that same evening. :thumbsup::thumbsup::cool: But that horn-handled knife doesn't really fit in this thread, so I think I'll try to post it in the "new additions" thread sometime tomorrow.
