Now here's an odd co-incidence The knife in the previous post by Corto_Malt is like the one which arrived here yesterday, which he very kindly and out of the blue sent to me! My version is in carbone whereas the one Yann shows is I believe inox. Beautiful piece and very nice that it originated from a knife co-operative in France dedicated to preserving heritage and knowledge of cutlery.
