Wooden Wednesday - Traditionals only please

I pulled out the COA and it says @ 95mm. So a bit bigger than I measured. The blades are flat ground. CPM 154. My little scale gave up the ghost sadly. Here’s some more pics including the pile side.

To a canoesseur like me, that's a captivating canoe variation, Kurt!:thumbsup::cool:

No wood assigned to me by my rotation schedule this week, but here's one of many knives (mostly relatively recent arrivals) I keep in a kitchen drawer and use for food prep. I used this bocote GEC #83 (thanks, Jeff) yesterday morning to cut up some grapes, carrots, and broccoli for my oatmeal. In both form and function, it's a fantastic little lockback!

A Buck 112 on part of an old locust tree stump that's been laying in the back of my neighbor's yard for as long as I can remember.

Long before treated lumber, locust was traditionally used for fence posts around here, because they held up really well. Here's a stockman sitting on top of one from back the road that's probably even older than me.
