Plus its as loud as a shotgun racking its slide when it opens.:D

Good, now during a home invasion I'll just need to open my Titan and that should scare the bad guy away and I can leave the boom stick tucked away.:p

Really getting axious, can't wait to get mine! Thanks for the pics and vids guys and the reviews.

Will, these are looking awesome man!

I check my email at least a dozen times a day hoping to see a tracking number! The waiting becomes more difficult when I see the pics and vids of the knives that have already been received.

I really think this thread needs locked as I am P'O'd that I was not able to get in on the first 15. Everytime someone posts in here I get angrier and angrier...Guess I need to claim a spot on the next 15!

I'd love to see pics of the grind on the other knives and the blade finish to see if they turned out better than mine. The mess of grinding scratches and uneven grind is starting to bother me as the excitement of the heft and smooth opening wears off.

Hey Will, should groups 6-10 be expecting our knives this week or are they going to ship by the end of the week?

.... now I wished I went for a lower serial #... just send em all on Monday, no worries here :D

Serial # 6-10 have been sent emails. Once I get address confirmation they ship immediately. Working on the last 5 knives now!

Once they are tuned and sharpened I will send out the final shipping emails and they will ship as well.

Almost done now! Also I will post the photo shoot pictures tomorrow so everyone can see the different finishes ordered.

Tight, would love to see the variations... If you want, you can make my knife extra sharp and a bit thinner at the bevel :) I won't be chopping anything with it :) Actually, I might, and am curious, will this hold up to some chopping.. I'll soon find out! Hope it's warrantied against Douglas Firs :D

OK here are some photos from the photo shoot last week. I will put up more pictures of the blades up close and more finishes once I download them off my camera tonight. So more to come!

Sweeeet!

I'm curious, what the difference in finish is on those 2 stop pins??? One looks polished? The other bead blast?? Thanks for the eye candy!

The flamed TiTAN in the photo shoot was a prototype. All TiTAN knives ship with polished stainless standoffs, pivots, stop pins.

I also haven't received any tracking number. I think there may be email issues. I was having trouble confirming my address yesterday due to emails that were marked as "Sent" on my end never reaching Will.

I didn't get a tracking number Will, did they ship today?

Thank you!

Serial # 7, 8, and 10 have shipped and are estimated to be delivered Thursday. I have sent emails out with the tracking info.

#9 is being held at the shipper's request.

#6 is still getting the final fluff and buff. Sorry MSGBN! My leather stropping belt broke when I was finishing the edge on #6 Monday night. Damn belt wiped around and smacked the finish leaving a mark on the blade (lucky gloves saved me from losing a finger or two). I'm re-blasting it, re-stone washing and then re-lasering the maker's marks. I just can't send you a knife with an inexcusable blemish. I'll finish it ASAP and send it out next day air. The flame anodizing on the Ti looks amazing with the SW finish! Good choice.

Yes Go Daddy is my web-mail service provider and the server has been going down erratically. Sorry for the confusion! If you are having trouble reaching me go ahead and send me a PM with your question. I'll do my best to stay on top of it.

Not a great picture, kind of out of focus, but yes as you can see that under the surface finish of stonewashing some grind marks remain in all the stonewashed knives. Like you said this isn't a pretty, non-user, safe queen, custom that is built just for it's looks. The finishes available communicate that this is a serious tool meant to be used. That being said my goal is to make you happy. If you are not satisfied email me and I promise to make it right no matter what.

Wow! I finally see some pics of #7... It looks amazing Will!

The flamed clip looks great with the stonewashing cool combo. The photos are too dark to really see but the colors are nice touch. #7's lock up is really early like 5%. Don't worry. 75-100 full speed openings and it will settle in nicely.

Also after some reflection I am no longer carbidizing the blade face lock, carbide goes on the Ti lockbar only now. These blades are 61rc and super wear resistant. I doubt any material will be removed from the lockup after a lifetime of repeated openings. Carbide on carbide contact is great but I doubt will return very much extra wear resistance in trade for it being a tad sticky.
