Wow, you have access to alot of great equipment, jealous to say the least! I'm subscribed and waiting for the list to come out. Your shealth's are awesome, the leather, kydex and art work just come together perfectly.
Honestly I wish I could afford my own waterjet. Next best thing is to have a good friend with one! I get my blanks cut at Freeman Sheetmetal in Tuscaloosa, AL. Honestly its probably a technology alot of makers could get into for a reasonable amount. Steel plus cutting costs has me down to about $950 for the whole job or about $45 per blank (obviously this is an average figure since CPM-3V cost 4x 1095 by weight)
