Thanks. I did something very similar. I didn't end up with much grease at all, so I added a half stick of butter and then some flour and browned it. Turned out way better than it has before for me.

Yea go hard or go home... Anything worth doing is worth doing right.... Stand strong no matter what others think or say.... It has taught me a lot, mostly it taught me i can do what ever the hell i set my mind to no matter what anyone else says....
 
Hey yall got multiple pages and threads, chat rooms and some even have your own subforums...I just chill here, and now i go to swamp rat, rat chat, a lot since it seems (some of) you guys get bothered if i post a lot. cant imagine letting myself get bothered by someone just typing in a thread i didn't have to read though.... I don't make nonsense threads in the main becker forum... i don't make a thread each time i use my knife or look at it... but this is the chat thread and there are some cool guys here so i CHAT. Sorry if that bothers anyone... the name of the thread sums up what you will find here though, so.....
 
Well....I struck out at REI. One girl didn't date men and the other had a boyfriend. Still on the hunt I guess. Odds are in my favor if I keep asking tho...

Yea out of 100, at least 1 will say yes. in my younger days before i was married i enjoyed the hunt for that 1 though!

Don't bother trying to make the biscuits from scratch. Just go get the grands cans. So much easier and taste pretty good too.
Also, I heat up my milk/cream mixture in a separate pot before adding it to the sausage. I usually do about 80% milk 20% cream, and a LOT of black pepper.

WW, Don't worry about it man. Around here they are pretty tolerating as long as you keep it contained. You don't go into every thread and go off topic, so I'd say you're fine. We all have gone through post whoring days. Some last longer than others. As you saw last night, we all still can if we want to. You aren't doing anything wrong so don't get too worked up over it. Smoke a cig, chug a pepsi, have some bacon and you'll be good to go!

Well, since it was obviously my comment that started the downward spiral of your mood, Let me apologetically say this. I dont give a damn how much you post, nor do I think anybody else does. You hit the nail on the head by saying a lot of cool guys are on here. To that point, keep in mind that a very large percent of us (myself included) know each other personally and visit, talk, and do things outside of this forum. A lot of bullsh!t and givin each other a hard time is just that. Never have I seen anyone attacked on this forum to intentionally cause hard feelings unless they 100% deserved it. Psyop said it best by telling you we was just pulling your leg so, Chill out, eat your biscuits and gravy with hot sauce, drink your pepsi, smoke your cigs or whatever in the hell it is you do. there is no need to whoop everybodies ass.

Bacon, pepsi, biscuit and gravy with hot sauce, and a nice smoke coming right up :)
