Got a new ride. It's a little mountain goat. Went back behind the house to do some swamp paddling today and the mud holes that gave the GMC trouble were "meh" with this thing.

Next time I see you, I'm going to fart in your new car for that snake you flipped at me. Sweet ride.

One more part of the floor to fix. No new joists, just take the bad flooring out and replace it. We'll have to unhook the water, drain, etc, and take the cabinets and sink out before we get started. That's the bad spot. After that, there's nothing really structural. Just hanging drywall, painting, linoleum, and cabinets. Still a lot of work, just not the harder stuff.
