I would pass too, just based on the lanyard hole position.
I like it. I've owned cheap kershaw needs work, and enjoyed the design.
I don't typically use a lanyard on clipped folders. So the position of the lanyard hole is not offputting to me at all.
I had a period where I was on a no liner lock kick, but then I had a few well designed liner locks with great/ solid lock up.
A partially concealed/covered frame lock seems like a nifty feature. It would be a built in over travel limiter, I believe.
I say, run with the design.
I also think the lanyard hole position is awkward, and don't like the gigantic hex bolt head on the pivot. Also wondering of the blade couldn't be a little bit longer.
That's all expensive knife details, though.
I mean if that thing was $20 at a gas station and made of cheap materials it would definitely sell like hotcakes as-is!
I've managed to move the lanyard hole to the butt of the knife. Multiple people at Blade including Nick Shabazz complimented the hex pivot on my other knives due to it's uniqueness. Way the internals and clip etc sit, no room to increase blade length. Appreciate the feedback, not so much the comparison to a gas station knife.
By "gas station knife" I meant inexpensive knife. To clarify, I think that based on the design, a cheap/affordable version would sell like crazy, but an expensive version would be a harder sell.
Not sure why the hex pivot head was seen as unique, as that is what the most common of bolts look like. When I see it, all I see is an automotive or machine bolt head, proportionally large to the thing being bolted.
Another thing: if there was a big emoji "meh" face with a black eye on the knife, I would DEFINITELY not buy it, and that is without even considering that it looks like a direct ripoff of those infamous single-finger knucks with the two black eyes and a frown face.
Direct rip off of a logo that's seems like it's ripped off from a Nirvana album cover or an Emoji? I hope you're just trolling and not serious

So far this thread has helped you.Watch your responses, so it doesnt turn into a crapshow like the last one.
Just friendly advice. So far you have shown growth in your character and your designs.
Keep your eye on the target.
I do agree withMecha . Im not a fan of the emoji. But to each their own. If you like it, you do it.
I personally would not buy this based on a number of things, mainly the lanyard hole (which has been moved).
I dislike flipper tabs, and I think it is very similar to a ZT. But that doesnt mean I wont help you out with design features that will sell to the hundreds of guys who still like this style of knives.
Trying to keep it civil and helpful.
I hope this view can be respected.
You're absolutely right, Thank you!
I'm just tryin' to help you out here. Take a look at these, and realize that these have been around, all over the place, for a while now:

Even if it wasn't imagery that is already so recognizable as Andy Frankart's stuff, I think the big emoji face on that knife would be a major turnoff towards buying it.
I appreciate the feedback. Here’s what my logo looks like. While I’m sure it’s not everyone’s cup of tea, on product it’s not similar to AFK imho. Off product I see similarities cause they’re both emojis sure.
Not disagreeing with what you’re saying but can’t change it so let’s move on from the logo conversation.
