Would you say Busse's are for collecting or using ?

I spend a premium on these knives because they can take the abuse. I will always use mine because in my mind thats what theyre made for. I got home last night and finally got to open my basic 10 and instantly went into the back yard (after grabbing a beer to accompany me) and started chopping. It would pain me to have such a beautifully crafted tool and not get to see what its made of.
