Flushed and flushed like I've never flushed before!
The clip on this one is about right. The pen is a bit lazy, but not hopeless. I was hoping for some red in the hemlock, but all I see is brown. All else on this example is superb!

I received this one yesterday, didn’t get it opened up until well after the sun had set unfortunately.

The pulls are light, not much snap but generally acceptable. The pen is slightly stronger than the clip. This is with NO flushing so based on all others accounts it should shape up quite nicely with a determined flush of the joints. The colors are quite nice on this one, a little more red than I’ve seen in some others. I’ll have to get it out in the daylight for some better pictures.

Mine came the same way, but has gotten much better with time and flushing.
