Hey everyone i just wanted to give you a heads up and DO NOT have any dealings with yanks 4433 i purchased a Msc Sng on 4/1 from Ryan Deasy AKA yanks4433 and sent him a postal M.O. per his sale thread only after expressing
my concerns about sending him what amounted to 1000.00 cash after he assured me their would be no hang ups i went ahead and sent it to him, seeing his feedback was perfect although somewhat limited.

He received funds on fri. 4/4 and promised to ship on sat. 4/5 after missing that date he again promised to ship on the following Mon. 4/7 and proceeded to miss that ship date and finally on Tue. 4/8 i get tracking info scheduled delivery for thur. 4/10.
On Thur. I receive a package that was just left in my mailbox which surprised me because i figured i'd have to sign for it, after opening the box all that's in there is a used kershaw skyline inside a sock so i proceed to email and pm him
and he swears that HE shipped the right knife and "securely taped" it, i told him that the package had not been tampered with at all after inspecting it and there was something fishy going on and had to find out what was going on.
He told me that he would be in touch with me after work and i gave him my phone number to contact me, which he did and then proceeds to tell me that his BROTHER is actually the one who shipped it and needed to talk to him
and would get back to me later that night, so he texts me later that he can't get a hold of his brother but it will all be taken care of in the morning, all the while telling me he has absolutely no problem refunding me.
So today i call him and he had his phone disconnected and some how deleted all the emails between us, i still have all the pm's but i don't think i'm going to have to prove anything as he will not respond to this thread i can guarantee you!

Then i get an email from a fellow member asking if i got my knife yet as he had been ripped off for 2500.00 from the same guy, RYAN DEASY AKA: YANKS4433, I plan on pursuing federal mail fraud charges against him and if anybody else has had dealings with this guy please speak up, the mods need to ban this guy asap so he can't do to anybody else what he did to at LEAST two forum members, i will let the other member who got burned know about this thread
and they can respond if they choose to do so.

I tried to copy a link to the sales thread but can't for some reason.

No misunderstanding, i just got off the phone with the other guy he ripped off and he knows him personally and knows where he lives in Florida and he's going to get back to me with more info.

I did not scam this guy anyway and I believe I am being scammed. I sent the knife on Monday first of all after I recieved the MO on Friday. The right knife was sent out to him. He should have recieved a MSC. I recieved the money and sent the correct knife out and now the guy claims it was kershaw skyline.

If I refund the guy I would be out a knife I paid well over a $1000 for as well as $1000 of my own money. I replied to every message he sent me promptly and had phone calls with him. I have been a member of BF for 5 years and every time I have sold a knife there has been no problems.

I also sold a microtech lcc to member DAWKIND last week he recieved his knife and was pleased with it. I am not a scammer whatsoever and I will file mail fraud charges back against sechip because I believe I am trying to be scammed.

I also did not scam anyone out of $2500 that is a complete lie. I have the receipt that the knife was shipped on Monday. I have nothing to hide.
 
From the moment the knife I arrived I didn't recieve any polite emails telling me what's going on,I recieved all caps emails cursing at me. The MSC was sent to Scott. I'm not going to refund someone for no reason as I would be getting scammed.
 
The guy is now threatening to come after me and my dad. Everything he said sounds like nothing but a scare tactic to get me to send him a refund therefore being scammed. Scott you can call me or my dad all you want I just told him the whole situation and he said it sounds like I am being scammed. I have nothing to hide at all. He is sending me messages telling me I'm a piece of shit and he will find where I work for my daddy. That is completely fine with me.
 
How do you explain the fact that someone else is claiming the same thing and you changed your phone number and told me YOU shipped it and then changed it to your brother and all the while claiming you have no problem refunding me.
Check my feedback as it's stellar and can have any number of members vouche for me and my ethics, i have no reason to scam you and just want the knife i paid for.
And i wondered why you insisted on a M.O. ONLY. Hmmmmmmmm
 
Yanks do you have the original receipt with the weight? If so, sechip could post then weight of the skyline and sock he claims to have received packed as it supposedly came.
Should match up perfectly with the weight on your receipt if he's telling the truth.
 
I do not use paypal Scott. I changed my number for reasons completely unrelated to this. The correct knife was shipped to you. End of story. Ban me from BF if you will but I have not done anything wrong. And also I didn't scam anyone else for $2500 that is a complete lie. I have never sold anyone knives for $2500.
 
Of course i'm upset you just stole my money! How do you explain all the inconsistencies in your "story"
The other gentleman who you ripped off will be calling me with more info and as soon as he is aware of this thread i'm sure he'll be chiming in as well on you and i will be contacting the postal inspector.
 
We will see, this guy didn't just email me for the hell of it and he's plenty upset but he's at work right now and will get back to me when he can.

the guy you ripped off was a friend of yours and is a member here but told me you called him and told him you had some knives you couldn't sell on BF and he "western unioned" you the funds....Gee i wonder why!

I am surprised sechip got a hold of this guy he answered my emails every 3 days lol. Yanks4433 changed the story of a Praetorian Ti like 4 times to me. Got sold, got it back, got traded, got sold again and then it was available for $935 if I sent a MO express the next day after he had the knife for $1200. I don't know if my eyes tricked me as well but I really thought he posted two of the same MSC after one got sold. I am NOT taking sides on this I am just putting my perspective on my dealings with yanks4433. Communication was horrible from the gecko and that's a big no no on expensive knives. If someone wants to email/pm me to get documentation of what I have said above please do so but I will not comment anymore on this topic. Good luck to both of you
 
All of the above is untrue. I am not posting anymore after this not because I have said everything I need to say and will contact the postal inspectors.
