The comments about scamming someone from nc are untrue. The medford I asked to do an overnight MO is that against the law or something. Member DAWKIND who i sold the microtech to just last week overnighted a MO and recieved his microtech and was happy. I will have to find my receipt.

It is 1 out of 2. The guy you are talking about from NC will post on here saying everything is fine for sure and the other person who posted didn't buy a knife? The other person who bought a knife was happy and payed overnight with a MO by the way.

One thing sechip (again not taking sides) did you take a video or pictures of the package as soon as you opened it? Everyone has a smart phone especially if we are buying $1k+ knives lol S5 here we go!!!! Seriously tho you are asking this other guy for receipt...did you take any pictures or videos. I have a rule whenever I get or send a $350+ knife to someone I do a unboxing or boxing of said package . at the very least I take pictures just in case
 
I'll post my two cents......I've dealt with Sechip(Scott) for quite some time now and there are none better on this forum!! I don't know the other member in this deal from Adam, but if Scott tells you the wrong knife came....take that to the bank....period! I'd stake my own reputation in support......Scott's word is his bond.....

I did not take a video of me opening it as it never crossed my mind to have to do something like that but i can tell you most certainly that the package was not tampered with as all the tape was uncut and if someone had removed the knife and retaped it i would have seen some tearing on the top of the cardboard and there was none.
And there was also no evidence of someone cutting it and taping over the cut as i checked for that also.

I just texted him and when i talked to him earlier on the phone he seemed hellbent on catching this crook and stopping him from doing this again.
And i told him about this thread and asked him if he would chime in, hopefully once he gets off of work he will do just that.
 
It is silly to think someone should take a video of opening a pkg. It would be great to hear from the "other" person who has an issue to speak up an tell their story too. It does not seem to be a positive situation for yanks to this point, and there would be some concern by not answering/providing details ..... The truth will come.
 
I did not post two MSC either. Why would I sell an expensive microtech and deliever it while scamming another knife? This is completely ridiculous. The other guy from NC will post saying I didn't scam him. No one has sent me anywhere even close to $2500 ever for a knife. I sent the knife on Monday not Tuesday. I actually contacted sechip today and he never emailed me back. It goes on and on. I'm done with it.
 
Just know that if you ripped someone off and a USPS MO is used, you can face federal fraud charges. That isn't any BS either. If you don't understand the consequences, then I'd recommend reading their site. Postal Inspectors don't play, and they take this very serious. In any case, it's your call yanks. At this point, some hard facts, emails, receipts, and any other communications need to show up real soon. Someone here is lying, and that isn't welcome here. Ask around.
 
Take him to court. He isn't cooperating. We will learn the truth, and there is already enough money at stake to warrant a lawyer.
 
Also the other guy from NC did not ever buy any knives off BF. I would appreciate if member DAWKIND could post so someone can say I completed a deal properly in the past week with an overnighted MO. If there is a way to tag him in this that would be great.
 
Shipping a $1k knife First Class? That sucks and makes me suspicious already. :rolleyes:
Priority Mail (2day), with full insurance and signature confirmation. That is just painful to see.
