Yeah I'm rolling down Rodeo with a snark gun.

so after C-Bear showed his carnitas skills, I got to craving some myself and didn't want to eat a carnitas burrito from a restaurant so I PM'd him on FB and asked for his recipe... and this is what I made.


after crockpotting it all day I threw it in the oven and set it to broil for about 25 minutes



I used the 710 cleaver to chop it up



yummy to my tummy, ready for tortillas and salsa!

I was cooking at the time! Plus, if animals don't count ALL of our "counts" go down, "Objects in mirror are larger than they appear" admits to needing a mirror, You've said you were from Florida so the sisters are safe unless you're from Arkansas for real! I wouldn't insult your wife comparing her to Neko, Neko is cute but... alright really cute.

Besides all that, I'd be lucky to get it 4 times a week. Although at this point I think we are talking about you sleeping not sex...
 
Just made some pasta(made a bacon flavored rotini, it was just regular rotini that was made with chilled bacon fat in the dough), then I tossed it with caramelized onions, crispy bacon (where I got the fat from), and feta. Tossed with some rosemary and thyme olive oil. Finished it all with some kosher salt and sriaccha.
 
Vehicles diving now off the Dry Tortugas.
Hopefully Herc will be climbing a cliff wall shortly.

no commute to work while I'm here... the office commutes around, though.
Way better than the back-and-forth to NYC I used to do regularly. Now when I go to The City it's like vacation!
