That's a psuedo familiar look to me.
Almost looks like you have some push talk comm setup there, that or a video switch with those front blade buttons.
 
Does anyone remember the kind of hatchet Dresnor was having troubles with? I'm ordering myself some stuff for my bday gift to myself and was thinking of adding the Condor Scout Hatchet to my cart.
 
Daizee. I was excited when I heard you may possibly fly in the take in Blade this weekend, then bummed to hear you didnt. Was looking forward to meeting you.

Blade the recap. Wow. Whatta year. I dont want to brag but the T.M.Hunt table kicked ass. Unlike last year, I was mellowed out and really enjoyed it this year. I cant give enough thanks to my awesome wife Gina, Murph, and Eric for really shouldering most of the work this weekend and making this weekend the success it was. Love you guys, just arent many people like you guys out there and im a better person for you guys being by my side.

I am in the car right now with my cousin and we are pushing on to Punta Gorda Florida. Were going to meet up some more family and do a little fishin, maybe a little hunting and a whole lot of drinkin. Gonna take in a little R&R. Dont know how much I will be post in the next week, but I will be posting a more detailed summary of Blade soon on my sub forum.

Good to hear Todd! Hows the eye doing?
 
Thanks guys, oh and the eye is doing great. The optometrist put a protective contact over the damaged pupil kinda like a band aid. I have never wore any kind of contacts so my eye had just as big of a problem with it than it did the shaving. Was starting to worry about it a little friday night, so, I had my cousins fiancee take it out for me after a few drinks. Lol, it immediately started feeling better and is almost back to normal. Still a little bit of watering, and its still working a little harder than the other and a little more sensitive to light but im taking the drops and sure it will be back to normal by the end of the week.
 
That's also great to hear!!

Just finished a ribeye and some taters. Now I'm going to veg for a while and find some stuff to order before I have to get ready for work later.

Dangit, I was so bummed when it became clear I couldn't get away to meet all you guys. so close, too. :-(

Been working straight since I got on board on the 28th, and tomorrow is the big open house with the Florida Panthers doing a sponsorship. Still trying to wrap my head around the idea of a Florida Hockey team...

Huge fan of my Mora Companion, even more than my BK16 or any similar sized knife. The thin blade and scandi grind is great.

I've got a heavy duty companion and the bushcraft black. Excellent blades. I want to get myself a classic 2 and a carving knife or two. The scandi grind is excellent. Slices through wood like butter.

I have a HD Companion too. I prefer the thinner model, but they're all good.

How flexible is the blade on the thinner companion? I'd like to have one just for comparison purposes. And the fact I think I can never have enough scandi ground knives.

I'd actually like to have a scandi folder for my edc rotation.

Not very. I just went back and handled them both and I can get a little flex from the regular companion and almost nothing from the HD. The handle on the regular companion is a little smaller in length and circumference but the sheaths still interchange.
 
Quieted down pretty fast tonight. It looks like I survived another year and made it to 33. I think I'll grab my fishing stuff in the morning and see if I can catch a few.
 
Happy Birthday ac. I remember back in the day when I was a young whipper snapper of 33, haha.
