"Yeller" Handles

Just added the Case Peanut to my yellerz drawer...

Very nice collection of ol' yellers! ....although I don't see a fishing knife/toothpick in there yet... ;)
 
You've just got to love the old fashion 'Yeller' Fish Knife Toothpick patterns, especially in good Hi-Carbon steel.. :)

I wanted to gift this particular knife to another member here who's story about they're Dad really touched my heart.. But, try as I may I could never get them to respond to my offer.. So after six+ months of waiting for a reply, I finally just gave up and traded it to another very fine member here instead. :cool:

This is my Case Trapper that seems to find it's way into one of my pockets regularly.

I've got a few more yeller knives (Camillius and Case) but no pictures of them.
 
Nice thread. I just got a yellow Boker Sodbuster today and have a similar lockback coming on Monday.

This color (more or less) is found on vintage guitars and amps as well.

Rayban the knife I received today looks like the one at the very top of your posted picture.
 
"rayban" -- Ya need at least one more yeller. You're showing 13 knives in your picture and that's bad luck and bad juju.:eek: That gives you a good reason to go out and get at least one more yeller.:)

I have a yeller Case Trapper. It is my EDC knife and favorite. I plan to get the yeller large Texas tooth pick and wish Case made a yeller large folding hunter. I had a yeller Camilus fishing knife as a kid but lost it.
