Yellow Handled Knives

In many ways I prefer this Queen C Country Cousin to the CASE Jr. The Queen is slightly more compact, more rounded scales, more pointed blade and D2 is much preferable to the CASE offering for extended work:cool: But, I much prefer CASE's Yellow :D

I have always loved yellow handles. The 2 in the top row below are users while the rest are not.

Listing top to bottom and left to right.

Schrade 8 OT (probably a parts knife)
GEC #97 (you can see some patina peeking out)
Boker 7474YB
MooreMaker 5301 (Queen made, 2010)
Buck 301 (2010)
Kissing Crane 31 (German made)
Boker Argentina Jr Sodbuster
Boker Argentina Sodbuster

I have a couple of yellow Case knives, and they are great. My yellow delrin trapper is one of my favorite knives in fact.

The schrade on the top left was made by camillus.

That is my thought too but I didn't want to go into a long explanation in the picture post - so I just called it a parts knife.

The knife has a main blade with Schrade over Walden over N.Y.U.S.A. but no model number on the backside. There is an Everlasting Sharp etch on the blade. The bolsters are definitely Camillus style. I probably stretched it when I called it a Schrade 8OT.

It is a wonderful user and it doesn't scare anyone.
