No. This is my second one. Needed the funds before I got to use the first one. Got a hell of a deal on it. I'll be keeping this one for some time me thinks.
 
The Azwelke kydex for my BK5 is also top notch, but was a bit pricey - I think I paid well over $100 and waited a few weeks. If I can ever stop buying blades, I could easily spend $500+ on kydex for just my BK&T users. I feel like every Becker deserves a proper sheath after getting just two new pants. I prefer pancake style with dangler and firesteel loop - pure mall ninja style - which doesn't help with cost. My BK2, BK4, BK7, BK9, BK15, BK16 and BK20 are giving the BK5 and BK21 the evil eye and looking at me with distain.
 
Azwelke sheaths are very nice I have them as well :thumbsup: but back when I bought my 21 I included the 710 sheath from KaBar free shipping no tax I don't live in New York . I was and still am very impressed with the quality of the 710 sheath for the price KaBar has on it . It's a win :D
 
I decided to buy some "dip" for the "chips" - factory micarta for the BK5 and BK16. I can't believe I waited so long to upgrade the handles. I normally add a ranger band, but the micarta makes a big difference. The BK16 feels perfect in the hand now. Both look amazing as an added bonus. I highly recommend the upgrade to micarta even before I get a chance to really test them out.
 
The stamped BK16s have arrived - one less white whale missing from my BK&T collection. I have been on the hunt for a sabre grind BK16 for a while and couldn't resist buying a few - still regret only having one stamped BK17.

I too been on the hunt for a Saber Grind 16 a long time . Sure glad they popped up
