You have a nice collection going so far. I had the same problem with a collection that seemed to multiple faster than rabbits. It didn't take long to for my collection to out grow a drawer and quickly start consuming shelf space in the entertainment center in my bedroom.

Well I can't stop. Since giving a BK4 to my brother for his 4th anniversary, there has been a hole on the shelf. Decided to grab another BK20 group and a NIB BK15. I justified it by saying that they are his 5th, 15th, and 20th anniversary gifts. I am going to swap the BK5 and BK15 in dates because he commented that my BK15 was starting to peak his interest after years of seeing it and the BK5 seems more appropriate for 15 years.

I am currently seeking professional help for this affliction. They look at me very oddly at AA/NA meetings when I mention my problem is with BK&Ts.

Bk20 was out of stock, as far as I know.

A friend parted with a set - $30 extra still worth it to me. Broke my heart to wake up Monday morning to see them sold out - I would have bought a set Sunday night, but wanted to wait for the weekend deposits to hit the bank on Monday morning.

Lucky you, couldn't get me a extra set.
Sales where kinda slow at first , but the last ones went really fast, when I realized there were gone.

Thank you sir. Still upset that I missed the tactical spork too. All were going to being bought the Monday before Blade. I waited a day too long. I was grateful to get my 3rd, even if I will eventually give this one away.

It has been a while, but I added another to my collection. I just scored a BK2 that I am sure everyone has seen on the auction site. The words "1st Article of Production" are on the presentation side of the blade. Seller said it was the first production BK2 made by Blackjack. Is this true?

Was this done with all first production models at Blackjack?

Gonna have to update my Becker score - just got a NIB BK91. My first "pigment challenged" BK&T.

Goodbye Oc - Rest in Peace my beloved dog and best friend. My life is better because of you. I'll see you at the Rainbow Bridge, buddy. God Bless.

Sorry for your loss Brother but then just a quick memory of the times you shared and yes it hurts but all them smiles, keep smiling

Thank you nutoknives - I appreciate the kind words. He was a great dog and I cherish all the memories we had together.

I appreciate that Xr6x - we had over 14 years together. He was a Pitbull - total sweetheart in every way.

I bought him off a guy at an apartment complex as a puppy where a girlfriend lived after she mentioned he was going to "fight" him. As I headed out, the little guy ran up to me and the owner was about to kick him for it. I told him he had two options, take a $100 and let me walk away with the puppy or we fight and I still walk away with the dog. His wife heard me - I was angry and talking loud - and came outside. I explained the situation and she simply put out her hand. I left with a best friend while they argued - I could hear him saying that I better stop, but I never even turned around; proving that only a coward would "fight" dogs.

Best $100 I will ever spend - the girlfriend only lasted a few weeks afterwards.

Every time I lose a pup, it feels like part of me just fell off.
Think, remember, laugh and know that even though the good times will feel a bit different now, that's only because he walks a little closer now than he could before.

Sorry for you loss austexjg. About 2 1/2 years ago, we had to put down our pup of 16 years. Still chokes me up from time to time.

Thank you guys - still trying to adjust to life without him.

I have been adding to the collection. I have added a NIB BK91, a new BK21 and new BK16 for my vehicle BOB, and another NIB BK15 (first production run). I still haven't lost the "taste" for BK&Ts.

I have added another new BK5 and BK15 to hoard. I got them with the idea of giving them to my brother as gifts, but I have a hard time of letting go.

I have been using the BK21 recently, and I must say that it is everything you have heard and more. The balance is amazing and it flies through wood. I was hesitant at first being so use to the BK4, but once I gained some familiarity with it I was sold.

Yea, I wondering what took me so long . I also have been hooked on the 4 ,9, 20. I got to play with the 20 with the 21 and see which one throws the biggest chunks o_O

The BK21 was relentless on the wood I was chopping through last weekend. I have to add one thing, buy the upgraded 710 kydex sheath. It makes a world of difference when constantly having to sheath the blade. The original sheath had me frustrated the first time I got to use the BK21 and I knew I had made a mistake in not purchasing the kydex straight away.
