Anyone ever seen these little pouches called Skinths?
Pretty expensive IMO, but look really nice.
I know there are some bag/pack lovers here that might find them intriguing. They mostly make like EDC sized pouches. I like the Trailblazer one quite a bit. But 65 bucks for a small pouch is a bit steep, even if it is made with the best materials its hard to justify that when my condor 3 day bag has lasted me years and also cost about 65 bucks when i got it. And its HUGE. And i throw it all around in the dirt, mud, its been in a river, overfilled, dropped, kicked, and still rocks on great.
But i think that "trailblazer" or the "catch all" one would make a great EDC pouch.
Maybe one day.... I like knives to the point i go cheap on other stuff to save more money for the knives so probably not too likely LMAO but i thought they were interesting enough to share the info on them for others who havent seen them. I dont want to deal spot, but simply googling "Skinth" will find them for you.
Some people are "stove guys".
Some people are "fruity beer guys"!
Consider that all of here are more than just "knife guys" and then look at how specialized we get with the items we purchase. How many of us are watch fanatics, or cigar guys, or car guys, etc... As time has gone on, you will put more time into more precisely fitting your items, your gear into other gear, packs, etc... The Skinth is kinda the pinnacle of tool pouches these days and while I don't want one (yet), I can definitely drool over the ability to get almost exactly what I want from them. I wish their concept was applied to more out there though, like containers, packs, etc...
God help me if I ever start brewing my own fruity beer.
