esee has some Black G10 for pretty cheap for an izula. Wonder how it'll fit a 14....going to find out soon.

HEY! Saw this too, was actually about to post about it till I saw your post! The Esee Izula micarta has to be slightly modified to fit the 14/24, so I dont see it as impossible... Especially since they are the same price as the KA-BAR Zytel... The only possible hitch I see is if the izula g/10 scales are fitted into the tang (like the KA-BAR zytel) and I think the pinky/lanyard holes on the izula and 14 are different sizes, so that might be a bit of a pain to get them shaped right. BUT still for the price why not?

NOT planning on making brass, bronze or aluminum knives. Steel would be better. Maybe some parts for knife ideas running around like gerbils in my brain. (Whether or not they are VIABLE ideas, that remains to be seen).
Also working on several buckle designs and bolo tie/women's jewelry possibilities.

I'm looking forward to getting out tomorrow. Going down to the state park and a trip to the nearby brewery is definitely on my docket.

Haven't been on the forums to much lately, got a part time job which doesn't leave me a whole lot of free time between that and school but at least its nice to have some extra cash for stuff. Also been working on some of my customs, I'm sure close observation will also show the Becker influence in them. Note the BK-11 pry bar in the bottom right...
