Dude! It's SO gorramn windy up here today! The Hilton is honest swaying. I'm on the 14th floor and it's got a good 3-4 inches of movement... Or maybe that is the vodka. Either way it's SUPER windy!

The water is still pretty cold here so I will probably be targeting Trout and Yellow Perch mostly. My favorite fish to catch is Bass but I usually don't catch my first one until late April. The place I am going is closed over the winter, it just opened a week ago. So all the trout that were stocked last year have been naturally feeding since then. They have nice orange meat like a salmon when they feed naturally instead of the white less tasty meat of a stocker trout from a fish farm.

I may be going for crappie on Sunday. Or I may be going for brakes. Haven't really decided yet.

This one is for sale because the Beckerhead who ordered it never paid and stopped replying to my messages. But it might have just sold, got a pm a little while ago from a beckerhead who is interested. I'm waiting to hear back from him. I will PM you tomorrow with more details if he doesn't buy it.

PS. Caught my 1st bass 2 months ago, cold water and all. Hooked 2 in a row.

Meh. In about an hour I need to go up to our neighbor's and help move cattle, after that, we will have a home-school family come and we're going to teach them about rabbit 4-H (my family and I are pro's :cool:).

Never had cracklin cornbread but it sounds awesome! I'm about to put some coffee on. Who wants a cup?
 
I coarse ground some Sumatran beans that Ethan gave me and made a pot in the French press. You wouldn't believe how good it smells.

In the back yard, with houses around, it wasn't too bad. Took me about a half hour to grill 18 chops.
 
Always use a French press but I prefer Ethiopian or Kenya AA. Sumatran is really good but I can't find anybody in Dallas that roasts them right.

I like everything from Great Value instant to two handfuls of Folgers in a can of boiling water on the campfire. Every once in a while I try to get fancy.
