Yojimbo 2 S90V Knifeworks exclusive pre-order

I just ordered one and I already have a standard Yo2. This is a killer combo because of the s90v and I like the peel-ply CF a lot too. Add that to the compression lock and Yo 2 design and this is a must-have for me, right behind the same ingredient combo in a PM2!
 
Based on the Manix XL from them this is pretty much the price I expected. Totally worth it for the first sprint/exclusive of such a sought-after model. Don't think anyone will have trouble unloading one if it's not to their liking.
 
I pre-ordered one along side buying a manix 2 xl cf B-). I've really wanted to try a Yojimbo 2, I'm excited to get it! Knifeworks is awesome
 
I've got a Yojimbo pre-ordered as well from KW. I had to think long and hard about it, though. I love CF handles, but the Peel Ply on the Manix 2 XL feels an awful lot like G10 to me and I can't see paying the extra few bucks for CF if it doesn't have that smooth, very different from G10, texture. So I broke down and ordered one anyway... :D

The S90V and compression lock swayed me.
 
I talked myself out of this one.
I am not THAT big a fan of carbon fiber. And I already own a Spyderco in S110V, so I'm not exactly hard up for a super steel blade.
I wanted this one, but life right now won't allow for it.

Like I said, I had hoped this one would wait until August / September :(
 
Quick question for the group. I went through the process of ordering one but never received an email confirming. Has anyone else received a confirm email or am I at risk of missing out due to some sort of glitch in the order process I experienced?

Check your spam folder. Also, there's a chance you may have mistyped your email address. If you created an account at KW you can login and look at order history.

RamZar is right , check your order history. And if you do not have a KW account just give them a quick call or email to double check. Better safe than sorry. I got an email confirmation as soon as I placed my order.
 
Those 50 leftover Manix2's went fast.
Got my Yo2 ordered though.
Actually, KW is giving a bigger discount on the YO2 than the Manix2. Based on msrp.

As far as price, I expected $220 + $7.95 Shipping when these were first announced several months ago, so $230 and free shipping is pretty close, just be glad its KW and not BBS or it would be $330 + $10 Shipping ;)
