You can only pick one knife to carry for the rest of your days here on earth

What is the deal with the zip ties ?

opens the knife as it is drawn out of the pocket

Can't do it, gotta have two! One folder and one fixed blade. My Ferrum forge Archbishop and my 3v slimline machete. Perfect combo!

Tough call, if it could only be a pocket knife it woud be my Victorinox Golfer, the old version. If a folder, my Buck Vantage with the older full G-10 scales, if a fixed blade my Jacklore Classic, tapered tang with walnut scales.

After decades of use my 80's Golfer was nabbed by Spanish Airport security, managed to find another on EBay , and a COMPACT for heavy use . .

One?! What kind of sadist asks that question? Oh, it was sfrigone.

The answer would probably be a Demko AD-15 but it is killing me not to say TAD Dauntless G & G Hawk Edition.

Way to dig up a year old thread... but its a good topic so ill bite. A CQC7 was always my top pic, but a ZT0630 would suit me just fine to the end.

Well , for the rest of my days on earth I will dream about Rockstead KON-DLC . And I will use one of the knives I make:D

I could never chose, but my grandfather chose a Victorinox classic and he went out with it in his pocket.

Still doing pretty well with the same pm2 in m4 from last year. It field dressed its first buck last weekend, and while a bit pointy for my liking, it did well.
When someone digs this thread up in a few years I’ll give another update.

Mora 2000. Nice and good. If i could have only one it would be a lightweight fixed blade of good quality.

Easy choice and standard response; the SAK that I have carried for the last 15 years. Yep, a large SAK (discontinued Vic Adventurer model). Funny how I own a lot of knives, but I carry something that is relatively inexpensive all the time.
This is what I said a year ago and I'm still carrying that same knife. I like to try other knives, but the SAK stays in the pocket. Hence, that was my choice even though I have to sharpen it more frequently than many of the new steels.
